RC™ QUARTZ CRYSTALS
The RC™ crystal is insensitive to frequency shifts caused by source radiation or film stress. This is accomplished by adjusting the stress coefficients of the quartz plate using advanced fabrication methods. Perfect for high temperature or high stress environments. -
STANDARD AT-CUT QUARTZ CRYSTALS
manufactures and stocks replacement quartz crystals for most commercially available film thickness moni-tors. We offer the standard electrode coatings as well: gold/chromium, silver/chromium and aluminum (or “alloy”). -
SUPERQUARTZ™ CRYSTALS
SuperQuartz™ crystals can be used in place of standard AT-cut quartz in all commercially available film thickness monitors and controllers, but given their sensitivity and expense due to their ability to withstand extreme high tem-peratures, we recommend them specifically for environments where quartz can no longer operate. -
HT™ (HIGH TEMPERATURE) CRYSTALS
HT™ crystals can be used in place of standard AT-cut quartz in all commercially available film thickness monitors and controllers, but they are specifically designed and cut high temperature, regenerative sensor heads. -
Tempe™ Heated, Self-Cleaning Sensor Head (Hardware)
- Temperature controlled sensor head, complete with heater, air-cooling lines (up to 32” long), and embedded RTD (optional shutter if required, although maximum temperature will be limited to 250°C)
- 2.75” ConFlat™ vacuum flange with electricals for heater, RTD, crystal control, air lines for cooling, and optional shutter air
- Simple PC based integration with the Eon™, high resolution controller with built-in heater control and measure-ment of temperature, rate, thickness, and frequency (PC not included)
- Integration with Mirage™ Air-Cooling System capable of an output up to 28º C (50º F) below the supply air tem-perature
- Tempe™ System includes all necessary hardware, software, and documentation for plug and play capability
